About these terms
Tayeti is a consumer review platform within MeYonUn. This draft is intended for review before public account services launch. The legal operator, effective date, and service contact must be specified in the final terms.
Eligibility and accounts
The proposed initial service is for people aged 18 or older. Provide accurate account information, keep access secure, and use a public display name that does not impersonate someone else. Businesses must authorize their representatives and keep profile information accurate.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights necessary to share it. Follow the review guidelines. Do not fabricate experiences, publish private information, interfere with the service, use others’ accounts, or manipulate ratings.
Your content rights
You retain ownership of your original content. The proposed service license allows Tayeti to host, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform, subject to the final privacy notice and your applicable rights. Separate permission should be obtained for uses beyond the agreed license. These terms do not transfer ownership of your reviews to a business.
Reviews and business relationships
Reviews express contributors’ experiences and opinions. A listing, account, or verification label is not a guarantee of quality, safety, legality, or future performance. Purchases from a reviewed business remain between you and that business. Tayeti does not guarantee refunds or resolve every disagreement.
Moderation and account restrictions
Tayeti may restrict content or accounts for guideline violations, security concerns, or legal obligations, with notice and an appeal route where appropriate. See Moderation & appeals. Payment does not buy removal of legitimate criticism.
Paid services
Any business subscription requires a separate, clear order showing price, currency, taxes, term, renewal, limits, cancellation, and refund conditions. No paid subscription is created by reading these pages.
Availability and legal rights
The service may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued with appropriate notice. Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Governing-law and dispute provisions must be confirmed for the actual operator and target markets before launch.
