An invitation is a request sent to a customer to share an experience. The allowances above apply to invitations; they do not purchase reviews, guarantee responses, or cap the number of legitimate reviews customers may post.

Can a subscription improve my rating or remove criticism?
No. Payment does not purchase a better rating or removal of a legitimate review. Reports are assessed under the same review guidelines regardless of plan.
Which widgets, integrations, and account users are included?
Starter includes 1 user, 1 domain, and 3 Review Box designs; Growth includes 1 user, 1 domain, and 3 designs; Professional includes 2 users, 2 domains, and 6 designs; Scale includes 3 users, 3 domains, and 9 designs. Invitation allowances are shared across the domains within each plan. Integrations, Premium allocations, and Enterprise arrangements will be detailed before enrollment. Dashboard tools are under development.
