Clear standards help both consumers and businesses understand what they can expect.
Experience matters
Reviews should describe real experiences. Supporting information may be requested when authenticity is disputed.
Fair consideration
Reports and appeals should address specific policy concerns. A business subscription must not decide the outcome.
Respect privacy
Public reviews are not the place for receipts, private records, account numbers, or personal contact information.
How ratings will be presented
The initial review foundation keeps food/product and service scores separate and shows the number of published reviews contributing to each average. Pending or rejected submissions do not contribute. No rating is shown where there are no published reviews.
Ownership and affiliation
Tayeti is a MeYonUn company. Affiliations with reviewed businesses should be disclosed. Staff and owners must not submit consumer reviews of their own businesses.
Launch preparation
The policies and workflows are being prepared together. Publication of a policy draft is not a claim that every planned feature is already active.
