Draft for launch review · Not yet effective
This draft describes the proposed handling of information on Tayeti, operated by MeYonUn. Before public registration opens, contact details, provider list, retention schedule, and any region-specific notices must be confirmed.
Information covered
Information may include account email and display name; business profile and representative details; reviews and ratings; messages and support requests; account preferences; and technical records created by hosting, authentication, security, and delivery services. You should not place sensitive documents or payment information in public content.
Why information is used
Tayeti uses information to operate accounts and profiles, display submitted content, check claims, process reports, respond to requests, maintain security, and administer services. Optional marketing preferences must be separate from essential account messages.
Public and private information
Published reviews, chosen display names, ratings, business profiles, and public responses are visible to other visitors and may appear in search results. Account email addresses and private support records are not intended for public display. A public alias cannot guarantee that someone will not recognize an experience.
Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, email, security, and any payment providers process information needed for their services. The final notice must identify the providers actually enabled and describe applicable transfer safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address abuse, protect rights, or transfer the service under appropriate safeguards.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are not enabled in this draft. Before checkout opens, the payment provider and its privacy information will be identified. Tayeti should not collect complete card details in review or support forms.
Retention and requests
Retention should be limited to operational, dispute, security, and legal needs. The final retention schedule must distinguish account records, published reviews, private evidence, billing records, and backups. Request access, correction, export, or deletion through Contact & help. Identity may need to be checked before fulfilling a request. Applicable law may require or permit retaining some records.
Cookies and external content
WordPress uses cookies for authentication and related functions. See the cookie notice. Optional analytics, advertising tools, or embedded media must be assessed before activation, with consent controls where required.
Age and security
The proposed initial account service is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit information about minors. Appropriate access controls and other safeguards are required, but no service can promise absolute security.
Updates and contact
The effective date and operational privacy contact will be published with the final notice. This draft must be reconciled with the actual service before it becomes effective.
